Last week Kaity and daddy went fishing with grandpa. Brayden was VERY upset to wake up and discover that he had been left behind. So this week we decided that every little boy needs to learn how to fish. I was a very good sport and tagged along with the camera (and a good book of course) just to make sure daddy kept a close eye on both kids. Afterall there are gators in that lake and I didn't want my two little monsters to become bait! Travis baited Brayden's hook dropped it in the water, and before he could bait his own pole Brayden had a bite. Now the part of this that is so funny in our family, is that my dad and Travis haven't caught anything in the 3 years we've lived here and Brayden pulls something out in 2 minutes. We sat there for a couple hours and nothing until Brayden once again hooked a fish! WE had to leave shortly after that to make it in time for Pres.Hinkley's funeral but now the challenge is on. Grandpa and daddy aren't about to be out fished by a 4 year old!

Maybe Brayden can teach them a thing or two. You didn't mention that Kaity wasn't feeling well and got progressively worse as the morning went on. Next time she just may give Brayden a run for his money! (after all, she can bait her own hook!) I'm sorry she is still fighting with a fever but I'll stop worrying and remind myself that everything will be all right!
Her fever is finally down to 102' That is much improved from the 105 of this afternoon. She even ate half a cheese sandwich for dinner. The first thing that she has eaten since breakfast yesterday. She has also started nagging at Brayden so that is a sure sign she is on the mend! Keep her in your prayers and I am sure she will be fine.

Paul is dying to move to Florida so he can play and fish too! Find him a job and we will come! I am glad Kaity is feeling better! those fevers are scary!
