Magic Kingdom

Yesterday we renewed our Disney World passes. We spent the ENTIRE day at the Magic Kingdom. It was so fun to have both of our kids tall enough to go on every ride. This was the first time that we didn't have to take turns waiting in the baby playground for the other to finish a ride. Brayden is our dare devil. He loves everything. We asked him this morning which was his favorite ride and he said, "all of them. I love the loopy loops, and the drops and the haunted mansion, and the jerky space man in the dark!" Kaity wasn't so sure about a few but I was not going to sit out a ride when we were all tall enough to ride. What a mean mommy I am!! We finished off the LONG day with the electric parade and fireworks. I swear disney does fireworks better than anyone else. What a fun day we had!

How does it feel to casually put aside one Saturday to enjoy Disney World and after a long day return happily to your nice beds in your own home and then continue on with your lives as usual?...while the REST of us dream of the time we can save and plan and make a trip to DisneyWorld and then take a 5-hr flight to get there, stay at a stinky hotel, eat take-out the whole time, get lost with directions, gain ten pounds from eating all the take out, and then race throughout the whole park in 1-2 days because you know you'll most likely never get to go to Disneyworld again--oh yes, and the younger kids you have or the ones that haven't been born yet will complain their whole life that they never got to see Disneyworld, but everyone else in the family has! Yes...I'm with Aubrey-you're a stinker!

Ya know that if you save up for Disney tickets and airfare you can stay with us at hotel wheeler for free, I will make you some delicious home cooked food, and you will have the benefit of using VERY experienced tour guides at each park so you won't miss a thing! Does that sound tempting!?! Start saving ladies!;)

Can we stay at Hotel Wheeler, too? (just kidding). We wondered if you were recovering from Disney World since you didn't answer your phone Sunday. I just wanted to say you look great in those pictures.

Sorry we didn't answer Heather. We actually spent all 3 days of the weekend at Disney. Sort of a mini vacation since Travis had Monday off. But I spent yesterday doing absolutely NOTHING and it felt wonderful!
