Tonight was a milestone in Kaitlynn's life. She made her first box of mac and cheese. She has been begging me for quite some time to let her cook, and I have been dragging my feet on the issue. Tonight I decided that it was time. She felt so grownup as she followed my instructions and helpful suggestions. Dinner turned out great much to Brayden's delight!

One of our family favorites!!! Yea another cook in the house. I welcome ALL and ANY kitchen help at my house. They are never too young to learn to cook!

yum yum yum it looks great!! We had a rock incident today... One of the neighbor boys threw a rock at the 3 yr olds head.. Ouch and plenty of blood!

Good job, Kaitlyn. Jayden loves to help me cook. Next time you should try meatloaf with her. I'd love to see her expression, when you tell her to mush it all together. I still can't even get my husband to mush it all together.
